Invicta Water Begins Drinking Water Projects at Three South Carolina Utilities
Invicta Water is proud to announce its latest PFAS treatment projects, all located in the state of South Carolina. The three projects, all to evaluate PFAS technologies for drinking water, will operate at approximately 20,000 gallons per day and run for 90 days after starting in summer 2025.

EPA lists two PFAS aka “forever chemicals” as Hazardous Substances under CERCLA
On April 17, 2024, EPA designated PFOA and PFOS as hazardous substances under section 102(a) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (“CERCLA”). EPA will have newfound authority to hold “potentially responsible parties” liable for the cleanup.
